WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:

Purchasers understand and recognize that all firearms, parts, inventory and services sold by or provided by A-1 Firearm Supply LLC. are exposed to many and varied conditions due to the manner in which they are used. Purchasers and A-1 Firearm Supply LLC. consciously desire to make their own bargain, irrespective of any litigated decision and purchasers agree upon good faith and in consideration for being allowed to purchase from A-1 Firearm Supply LLC. said firarms, parts and services. Purchasers expressly acknowledge and understand that A-1 Firearm Supply LLC. does not make any affirmation of fact or promise to purchaser which relate to said firearms, parts, inventory or services, that becomes part of the basis of bargain between A-1 Firearm Supply LLC. and purchaser. Nor does A-1 Firearm Supply LLC. make or cause to be made as part of the bargain with purchasers any description or affirmation of fact concerning any sample or model of firearms, parts, equipment, inventory, or services. As further consideration for purchasers using A-1 Firearm Supply LLC. firearms, parts and equipment any and all inventory and services, purchasers acknowledge that due to the differing conditions and circumstances under which all parts and equipment are installed and used, purchasers are not relying on A-1 Firearm Supply LLC. skill or judgement to select or furnish the proper part or equipment. Purchasers expressly affirm that they are relying upon their own skill or judgement to select and purchase suitable goods. It is expressly understood and agreed between purchasers and A-1 Firearm Supply LLC. that as part of the bargain between A-1 Firearm Supply LLC. and purchasers, and in consideration of doing business with each other, all purchasers, take, select and purchase said firearms, parts and equipment, any and all inventory and services from A-1 Firearm Supply LLC. "as is" with all faults, and A-1 Firearm Supply LLC. shall always provide purchasers with a full and complete opportunity to examine at purchasers leisure and convenience any firarms, parts and equipment, and all inventory, or services, when purchasers contemplate purchasing from A-1 Firearm Supply LLC. If, and in the event that purchasers expressly or implied cause representations, or statements, or affirmation of fact contrary to this disclaimer of all warranties, expressed or implied than purchasers agree to indemnify and hold harmless A-1 Firearm Supply LLC. in the event of any claim, demand or legal action against A-1 Firearm Supply LLC. Purchasers understand and agree that no officer, director, employee or salesman of A-1 Firearm Supply LLC. or any of its vendors, dealers, or distributors has any authority to make any statements contrary to the terms of this agreement. On the contrary A-1 Firearm Supply LLC. disavows any statements contrary to what is herein above written.

PRICES:

Prices, specifications and part numbers are subject to change without notice. Check all invoices for current prices or contact the factory if in doubt. Possession or access to a price sheet does not in itself authorize purchases at listed prices. Price level is only as authorized by A-1 Firearm Supply LLC.

TERMS:

All terms are credit card. All balances must be paid by credit card only unless prior arrangements have been made. Special orders are required to be pre-paid in full at time of order except for freight which will be billed at time of shipment. Returns on special order items will not be accepted. Any account that is put in for collections will have a 50% service charge added to the invoice total to cover any and all debt collection agency costs.

RETURNS:

All returns must be approved by A-1 Firearm Supply LLC. and accompanied by a R.G.A. number supplied by us clearly written on the outside of the box it is being returned in. Return shipments must be prepaid and include copy of the original invoice. All return items must be in brand new condition with all miscellaneous items included. All returned items are subject to a 20% handling charge. Any return which was ordered on the "Free Freight" program will have the original outgoing freight charges debited from the return credit invoice. Any items direct shipped from the manufacturer will also incur all additional return and or handling fees charged by the manufacturer. Any items which must be returned direct to the manufacturer will not be credited back to the consumer until said manufacturer has approved and issued credit to A-1 Firearm Supply LLC. for the returned item(s). NO returns on any opened electrical/electronic equipment. NO returns or adjustments will be made on goods returned after 30 days from the date of shipment from A-1 Firearm Supply LLC. or any of it's vendors.

SHIPPING:

Orders usually ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Most orders ship the same day. If there is any delay in shipping your order you will be notified immediately. All orders are shipped ground unless otherwise specified. Purchaser is responsible for all freight charges on incoming, returned, refused or missed delivery.

BACK ORDERS:

All back orders will be shipped.
